Commissioners approve routine minutes, appointments, contracts and personnel actions in unanimous votes

The Montgomery County Board of Commissioners handled a series of routine actions on June 25, approving minutes, board appointments, personnel items, and several contract and procurement actions, each by voice vote.

Motions approved included: the June 11, 2026 minutes; authorization to appoint a member to the prison board of inspectors (resolution G‑2); appointments and reappointments to the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Board (resolution G‑3); the county personnel list dated June 24, 2026; advertisement of bids and RFPs (Exhibit A); awards, amendments and renewals of county contracts (Exhibit B); and awards and renewals for the Southeast PA Regional Task Force (Exhibit C). Each motion was seconded and the board recorded the outcomes as carried.

Separately, the Salary Board reviewed and approved its June 25 salary-board list, presented by Anthony B. Brew, the county’s chief human resource officer; the Salary Board then adjourned. The commissioners then adjourned the meeting and invited the public to an immigrant-heritage block party outside the courthouse.

All actions were taken without recorded dissent; meeting minutes indicate three commissioners were present and each motion carried by voice vote. No formal roll-call tallies or recorded recorded dissent were included in the public transcript for these items.
