Executive Director Sharon Wilkinson told the Board on Jan. 23 that she had recommended suspension for 52 members who failed to comply with the Court's Order to Show Cause regarding 2025/2026 license-fee payment; ten members were suspended as of the Jan. 15 deadline. Wilkinson said the Board had recommended an increase to the 2026/2027 license fees and that the Wyoming Supreme Court approved that increase earlier in the week; staff will notify members well before the October fee-cycle launch.
Wilkinson also said she had assessed the CLE $300 delinquency fee to 180 members who remained noncompliant with 2025 CLE requirements as of Jan. 16, 2026; those members have until March 1 to submit required hours and pay the fee. Those remaining noncompliant after March 1 will be assessed an additional $300 fee and recommended for suspension to the Wyoming Supreme Court.
The Board recorded no objections to the enforcement steps described by Wilkinson and acknowledged that staff followed the CLE Rules and license-cycle procedures.
