Penfield board approves fee‑schedule corrections and temporary no‑parking for Independence Day parade

At the June 24 work session the Penfield Town Board approved two resolutions and later moved into executive session.

Resolution 2026‑120: The board voted to approve typographical and column corrections to Exhibit A of the Town of Penfield 2026 fee schedule (correction of Alpheus Clark House and Lodge tiering and fixing the year label in the exhibit). The motion was moved and seconded; the clerk recorded unanimous 'Aye' votes from board members present (Barry, Dean, Goetz, Lang, Teglash).

Resolution 26T‑121: The board read and approved a temporary no‑parking resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to post temporary no‑parking signs along specified streets for the town’s Independence Day celebration and parade (the resolution lists affected streets including Baird Road, Gebhardt Road, Harris Wieland Park Road and others). The motion to approve was seconded and carried by unanimous 'Aye' votes.

Executive session: The board then moved to enter executive session to discuss medical, financial, credit, or employment history of a particular person or corporation and personnel matters; that motion also carried unanimously. The supervisor indicated the clerk will report the adjournment time to staff.
