Committee of the Whole adopts amended agenda, approves World Cup block‑party permit and refers members' resolution

The Committee of the Whole of the Minneapolis City Council met June 23 and amended its agenda to add a block‑party permit for Minnesota United/Brits Pub World Cup watch parties, which the members approved on a voice vote.

Chair Aurin Chowdhury called the meeting to order, confirmed a quorum and proposed the agenda amendment. The motion to add the block‑party permit to consent was made, seconded and approved.
