Select Board confirms appointments, introduces new town moderator

The Select Board voted to approve a slate of FY2027 board and committee appointees, including Alan McCrae to the Littleton Community Television advisory committee, Paulo Warjo to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee, Anne Lton to the Sustainability Committee, and Sarah Rustan to the Cultural Council. "Move the Select Board vote to approve the slate of appointees in the table below," a board member moved and the motion carried by voice vote.

The board separately moved to appoint Gary Wilson to the Disability Commission; the motion carried with one abstention recorded.

Members also introduced and welcomed newly elected town moderator Cammy Bean. Bean said she has completed training, joined the Massachusetts Moderators Association and is preparing to steward the town meeting process impartially: "I am here to introduce myself as your newly elected town moderator... I take it very seriously... I plan to be the unbiased town moderator that I need to be." Board members encouraged collaboration with the town clerk and town counsel and offered procedural support ahead of the upcoming warrant and town meeting.

Separately, the board reviewed and reassigned liaison roles across many town committees (agricultural commission, finance committee, historical commission, planning, park & rec, municipal building committee, CPC, and others). Several members volunteered to continue or take on new liaison duties; the board approved the reassignments by motion.
