Board approves superintendent evaluation, says Warville met expectations

The Fayette County Schools board voted to accept Superintendent Warville's evaluation for the 2025–26 school year and indicated he met expectations, allowing him to continue in the role into the 2026–27 school year.

The board called for a motion to accept the evaluation, a motion was made and seconded, and the chair announced the motion carried on a voice vote. The board did not provide a roll-call tally at the meeting; minutes or the official record will be the formal record of the action.

Board members followed the vote with brief remarks thanking Warville and his staff for their work during the past year. The board immediately proceeded to superintendent updates and other routine business.

The action taken was procedural and limited to the annual evaluation; no additional personnel actions, contract changes or conditions tied to the evaluation were announced on the record at the meeting. The board scheduled a special meeting for July 6 for oaths and officer elections and regular meetings on July 14 and July 28.
