Park Board approves minutes and bills; Callaway restroom work continues

The Park Board approved the previous meeting minutes (with minor typos to be corrected) and authorized payment of the current bills; members were told the Friday claims deadline means any claims after that date will be considered next month.

Under old business, board members reported Callaway restroom renovations are underway: drywall is being installed this week and a wall is scheduled to be put in next week. Members also noted shelter paint was changed to a gray color to better cover dirt and thanked volunteers for their work.

Board members confirmed no other outstanding park issues beyond the restrooms and asked staff to circulate contract redlines and insurance requirements related to the new sports contract. A motion to adjourn was then made, seconded and carried.
