Judge issues warrants and remands absent defendants during docket call

The court announced judge's warrants and remands for defendants who failed to appear at their scheduled times. In 2026 CR06411 the court issued a warrant for Marlin Rashad Prudome after his flight had not arrived and the courtroom received negative contact; the judge remanded him without bond.

Similarly, in 2026 CR00004429 the court recalled the matter for defendant Belinda Garza Eddie and, after the defendant did not appear, the judge issued a warrant and remanded her without bond. Court staff and deputies were instructed to contact bondsmen where appropriate and to note any commercial-bond information.

The bench also discussed procedures for confirming custody holds and Odyssey-system anomalies that can show or clear warrants; the judge asked deputies and clerks to verify active warrants and notify defense counsel if entries appeared in error.
