Medina — On June 22, City Council suspended the three-reading rule and approved four ordinances and one resolution by unanimous roll-call votes.

Ordinance 104-26: Finance-related transfers to the railroad, parking and cable-TV funds were approved. Mr. Germ explained that the cable fund name remains because franchise fees still fund it. Vote: 6-0.
Ordinance 105-26: Council amended the 2026 budget (amending Ordinance 218-25 of Dec. 8, 2025) to encompass the transfers and additional items described; Councilmember Durham summarized the coverage and the ordinance passed 6-0.
