CapMetro’s board on June 22 approved a resolution authorizing the president and CEO to finalize and execute a contract with DLT Solutions for Oracle Fusion Financials and Human Capital Management renewals.
Jonathan Tancer, CapMetro’s information technology transit product and project manager, told the board the contract covers managed services for the agency’s enterprise resource planning environment for finance and HR. He said the base term is one year with three option years and a contract total not to exceed $5,075,206 (base $4,575,206 plus $500,000 contingency).
The board moved to approve the resolution, the motion was seconded, and the board approved the item by unanimous voice vote.
The action continues CapMetro’s use of Oracle-managed services for its ERP functions; Tancer said the work began under a one-year contract previously authorized by the board. No specific implementation milestones or performance guarantees beyond continued managed services were included in the board presentation.
The board’s vote was procedural and taken by voice; the chair indicated the vote was unanimous. The item was presented to the Finance, Audit & Administration committee on June 10 prior to the full-board vote.
The board did not schedule additional public hearings on this item; procurement and contract execution will be carried out by the president and CEO or her designee as authorized.
