Oscoda County approves distributions and construction quotes in financial actions

Treasurer William Kendall presented multiple financial items during the June 23 meeting. The board directed distribution of $2,625.80 in Bankhead‑Jones Federal Forest Funds with 75% allocated to schools and 25% to townships. The minutes list specific dollar amounts: Mio AuSable school receiving $1,853.16 (94.1%), Fairview Area $116.19 (5.9%), and township shares of Big Creek and Mentor each receiving $308.86 (47.05% each) and Comins receiving $38.73 (5.9%).
