- Consent agenda: Motion made by Commissioner Ripon, seconded by Commissioner Mace (transcribed). Motion carried (record says "30").
- Voucher payments: Clerk presented vouchers (transcribed total appears garbled); the board approved the voucher report, which included a $79,351.84 payment to Skyo Incorporated for year three of a six-year sheriff aircraft contract. Motion carried (record "Three zero").
- Correction orders: Motion to approve correction orders was moved and seconded and carried.
- Contract C2026220 (regional transportation study): Approved; total contract cap stated as $820,000 with Shawnee County portion to come from the Special Road Improvement Fund (see full article on the study for details).
- Contract C2026224 (Verizon NASPO cellular services): Approved to move county cellular services from a GSA contract to a NASPO contract to secure lower pricing and equipment; Mark Price said this will reduce monthly per-phone costs (example cited: about $40 to $35) and will provide some equipment (iPads) at no cost.
- Cancel June 29 work session: Approved.
All motions reported in the public record were carried; the meeting transcript records unanimous results for these items (notations in the transcript appear as "30" or "Three zero").
