East Hampton ARB clears two certificate‑of‑occupancy items, instructs staff to notify building department

The East Hampton Architectural Review Board on June 11 voted to instruct staff to notify the building department that two projects have satisfied ARB conditions and may receive certificates of occupancy.

For the Rodella residence at 10 Rollingwoods Court, board member Clara recapped February conditions requiring modification of deer fencing and alignment of metal posts; the applicant provided photos and an updated survey showing a 7‑ft gate and cut posts to match fence height. The board voted to notify the building department that the Rodella project substantially conforms to the ARB resolution dated Feb. 26 and a certificate of occupancy may issue.

Frank reported he inspected Salt Parks LLC’s landscape work at 16 Association Road and confirmed three‑foot dry‑stack fieldstone walls were constructed per the March 13 resolution. Board members found the work in conformance and moved to notify the building department that the certificate of occupancy could be issued.
