Diego Perez, Planner I for the City of Pharr, presented the application and said Development Services recommends approval subject to compliance with city ordinances and department requirements. Perez said staff mailed notices to nine surrounding property owners on June 5, 2026 and published a legal notice on June 3, 2026; no responses were reported.
