The board also moved $50,000 from a county program allocation (One Team One Dream) to cover a PG&E engineering request for watershed protection, pending project details. Several position adjustments (sheriff administration, jail, probation limited‑term analyst) were included; mental‑health position changes were deferred to final budget.
