Orleans ZBA names Gerald Mulligan chair and Sel secretary

During the June meeting, the Orleans Zoning Board of Appeals conducted an administrative vote to appoint officers for the coming term. With three regular members absent, members present nominated and elected Gerald Mulligan as chair and Sel as secretary.

The nomination was seconded and carried on roll-call votes recorded in the affirmative. Members noted flexibility in prior practice and that the board could revisit administrative assignments if additional members return. There was no public comment on the administrative appointments.

The board adjourned after completing the election and other business.
