Melissa St. An (PSD) explained that the Department of Environmental Protection/Waterways reviewed the revision and deemed it an insignificant deviation to the Chapter 91 license; the revised float changes shape but does not extend farther into the bay. The applicant provided cross‑sections and a depiction showing no new encroachment; staff confirmed the waterways division had no objection. Commissioners asked whether the harbor master had signed off and were told the applicant would coordinate with the harbor master for mooring approval. With no public comment, the commission voted to approve the revised plan.

The commission’s action accepts the change as a minor modification to the previously approved licensed plan; staff will update the file and confirm harbor‑master coordination.
