County staff reported receipt of an animal control copier lease priced at $190 per month for a five-year term and said the contract was forwarded to staff member Jenny for review.

"It's 190 a month. It's for five years," a speaker said, noting the equipment is similar to existing county copiers. Participants said the lease expires July 11 and can be put on the Tuesday agenda or routed through a committee for review. Officials suggested that if Jenny clears the contract, it could move forward at the July meeting; otherwise it would be scheduled for a subsequent fiscal court session.

No formal vote on the lease occurred during the meeting; members agreed to include the item on the next agenda or process it through committee review to keep the county supplied without interruption.
