Clifton panel backs forwarding change to parking ordinance to 72-hour limit

The presenter said the change aims to reduce pressure on residents who rely on street parking rather than driveways.

Committee members questioned wording in the draft — one member noted an inconsistency that referenced 48 hours — and the presenter confirmed the intent is a 72-hour standard and agreed to correct the language in the ordinance text. The discussion focused on ensuring the draft reads clearly about how and when citations would be issued.
