Selectman flags proposed zone change to allow large storage facilities in commercial zone

A board member at the June 17 meeting warned the selectmen that a developer recently presented to planning and zoning seeking a zone change to allow large storage facilities in the CA commercial zone, where such buildings are not currently permitted.
