Council fixes a budget oversight, approves county share of Greensburg 911 interlocal and several ARPA items

Council members said a 911 interlocal agreement with the City of Greensburg had been omitted from the public safety budget during prior budget 'bucket' moves, though cash is available; the omission meant the county's share had not been sent to the state for approval.
