Civil deputy attorney to bring federally funded procurement amendments, including 'biamerican' language, to business meeting

Braden said the language comes "straight from the regulation" and should be straightforward. Commissioners asked whether the proposed change would conflict with existing county policy 930 (which delegates certain purchase authority); staff confirmed the policies are separate but consistent, and agreed to bring the amendment to the board’s business meeting agenda for formal consideration.
