Meeting coverage metadata and audit summary

This package includes timeline, article texts, speaker roster and an internal audit summary of editorial issues identified and resolved during drafting. The audit was used to revise articles to avoid misidentification and to flag unclear numeric entries in the transcript; where amounts or totals were unclear in the record the articles explicitly note that the transcript was unclear rather than presenting an assumed figure.
