Council approves five‑year lease with Uncharted Shores Academy for Peterson Park building

Council approved a five‑year lease for a city‑owned building in Peterson Park with Uncharted Shores Academy and authorized quarterly payments at a negotiated rate of roughly $1 per square foot (about $3,200 per month) with a 2% annual escalation.

City staff said the tenant will be responsible for utilities and interior tenant improvements; the city will retain responsibility for major structural maintenance.
