Orland Park trustees approve consent agenda, reappoint administrative hearing officer, and approve Gallup Q12 employee engagement rollout

At its June meeting, the Orland Park Village Board approved a broad consent agenda covering payroll and maintenance contracts, special event permits, RFP awards and resolutions, including a 2026 resolution for improvements under the Illinois Highway Code using Rebuild Illinois bond funds.

Trustee Lawler moved to reappoint David G. Eterno as village administrative hearing officer and to execute the memorandum of renewal agreement; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call.

The board authorized the advanced payment process for the July payment cycle and approved accounts payable for June 2–15, 2026; an amount was read into the record for accounts payable but transcribed unclearly and should be confirmed in the posted packet.

Trustees also approved a three‑year Gallup Q12 employee engagement rollout intended to survey the village’s full‑time and permanent part‑time employees and to provide pulse surveys and supervisor training.
