At their June 15 meeting, the Cumberland County commissioners recorded several routine votes.
Minutes: The board approved minutes from May 18, 2026 (CD26-017) on a motion by Commissioner Clutier, seconded by Commissioner Tyler; vote recorded 4-0.
Consent calendar: The commissioners approved the consent agenda (items 26-058 through 26-071) by a single motion and recorded vote (4-0). The consent agenda included monthly sheriff's office commission reports (26-058); interlocal law-enforcement service agreements with the towns of Naples and Shabig Island (26-059, 26-060); authorization for the county manager to sign general assistance and regional dispatch service agreements with multiple towns (26-061 through 26-065); a reduction in the Board of Assessment Review membership from seven to five (26-066); replacement of the county's CJIS security policy (26-067); and authorization for the county manager to sign a Tyler Technologies SaaS agreement for the Munis program (26-071).
Executive sessions: The board voted to enter executive session under the cited Maine statutes for two items: 26-069 to discuss contract negotiations with the Kwan County Communications Association (1 MRSA §405(6)(D)) and 26-070 for the county manager's annual evaluation (1 MRSA §405(6)(A)). The roll call for entry into executive session showed four in favor.
