Mr. Chapa said the high school roofing project (all five wings) is complete, and the San Felipe Memorial Middle School gym floor demolition and underlayment installation are done; contractors will return next Monday to complete nailing, sanding and painting, with full completion expected by mid‑July. The district has also replaced the athletic turf field.

The technology department received 2,848 tickets with 2,473 closed (87% overall) and reported 60% closure in the 0–15 day bucket and higher closure rates in other buckets. Transportation received 203 tickets and closed 186 (92%). Board members had no further questions after the report.
