The commission denied the COA for 110 West Wadell Street due to ordinance noncompliance; it approved a porch screening at 106 South Massie Street; it limited and approved the 110 West Anderson application to a painted sign for 'Twin Stars Tattoo'; and it approved a modified storefront for 117 South Street (version two) with lighting optional.
