Delaware County commissioners approve routine resolutions, subdivisions and contracts; move to executive session

At its June 15 meeting, the Delaware County Board of Commissioners approved a slate of routine administrative and project items, including purchase orders, clerk appointments, subdivision plats, easement actions and several project contracts.

Key votes at the meeting included:

• Resolution 26-412 — Approve electronic record of proceedings from June 11, 2026. Approved by recorded vote.

• Resolution 26-413 — Approve purchase orders and payments (batch CMA APR0612; MTPR0612). Approved by recorded vote.

• Resolution 26-414 — Appoint clerk and deputy clerks for the board. Approved.

• Resolution 26-417 — Approve owner’s agreements for Irish Eyes (7 lots) and Dell Webb Northstar sections 2–3 (132 lots). Approved.

• Resolution 26-418 — Accept drainage easement for Evans Farm Arrowhead section 1 (lots 3998–4002). Approved.

• Resolution 26-419 — Approve vacation of portion of drainage easement on lots 3998–4002. Approved.

• Resolution 26-422 — Approve supplemental appropriations directing Slate Ridge TIF funds to utility relocation for the Homero grade separation project. Approved.

• Resolution 26-423 — Approve right‑of‑way permit summary sheet (three standard utility permits). Approved.

• Resolution 26-424 — Approve plats for Berlin Farms West sections 8 and 9 and Clark Shaw Crossing section 4. Approved.

• Resolution 26-425 — Cancel the June 18, 2026 commissioners session. Approved.

During the meeting, staff and commissioners also discussed scheduled railroad crossing closures and timing, posting updates to the county Facebook page and website. The board then moved into executive session for consideration of collective bargaining under resolution 26-426.

All public motions taken on the record at the meeting were recorded as approved by the three commissioners present.
