Magistrate closes several cases after inspections; three properties found in compliance

Code enforcement told the magistrate that properties at 2334 Grand Oaks Lane, 8839 Linda Lane and 8119 (transcript variants: Zola/Zulu/Zula) Avenue have been brought into compliance following inspections and permit finalizations.

For 2334 Grand Oaks Lane staff introduced photographs showing corrective work and the magistrate found the property in compliance and closed the case. At 8839 Linda Lane the hearing record included engineering and permit activity and staff reported that required work and inspections passed; the magistrate closed that case as well. For the property listed in the record as 8119 (Zola/Zulu/Zula) Avenue, staff reported a prior fining period had ended after permits were issued and inspections completed; the magistrate found the property in compliance and closed the matter.

These cases were closed based on testimony and photographic evidence entered into the record; no additional enforcement was ordered at this time.
