The Delaware County Redevelopment Commission used part of its June 11 agenda to complete multiple administrative actions and approvals.
The board approved Resolution 2026-010 to finalize funding for a previously pledged mower for county highway use; staff reported delivery is expected in about six weeks. The commission also approved rescinding remaining pledged amounts for the Muny Delaware County Senior Citizen Center after the center's executive director requested withdrawal due to project sale and shift in plans. In a separate item the board rescinded any remaining pledge or economic-development agreement tied to LGF Properties Muny LLC (Living Green Farms) while clarifying that any bond obligations tied to the project remain in force.
The commission approved a request from VS Engineering and Norfolk Southern to move forward on a draft force-account estimate and an engineering supplemental agreement so trail and crossing work can continue. Commissioners also approved invoices presented at the meeting.
A motion extended administrative services from the Economic Development Alliance through 2026 for $28,371 (after applying a $16,000 credit from prior-year surplus); commissioners asked Alliance staff to tighten the professional-development line item and to provide a budget justification.
What happens next: Staff will update project-obligation tracking and budget sheets to reflect rescinded pledges; trail engineers will proceed with the force-account steps; the EDA will deliver the budget justification and continue administrative services under the new agreement.
