Littleton Board of Health elects new chair, vice chair and secretary

At the June 10 meeting the Littleton Board of Health conducted its annual reorganization and elected officers.

A motion to name Kevin Baker chair for the coming year was moved, seconded and accepted; Kevin Baker said he accepted the nomination, and the board took a roll‑call vote with all members present voting yes.

After nominations and a withdrawn earlier nomination, the board moved and seconded Dan Kaine for vice chair; the roll‑call vote was unanimous. The board then appointed Libby Donigan as secretary by motion and roll‑call vote.

Votes were recorded aloud in the meeting: each member gave a roll‑call 'yes' for the three appointments. The board returned to other business after the officers were elected. The appointments take effect immediately and will be reflected in the minutes.
