Commission closes hearing and issues order of conditions for septic upgrade at 3 Windsor Drive

The Foxborough Conservation Commission closed the public hearing and issued a standard order of conditions for a Notice of Intent filed for a septic upgrade at 3 Windsor Drive (DP57673).

David Clard of Colin Civil Engineering Group presented the project as a replacement for a failed septic system.
