Select Board reappoints volunteers to multiple boards and committees in unanimous votes

The Select Board moved and recorded unanimous roll-call votes to reappoint volunteers to a range of town boards and committees.

The board approved one-year reappointments (terms ending June 30, 2027) for members on committees including the Green Advisory Committee and Recreation Commission; two-year reappointments (terms ending June 30, 2028) to bodies including the Municipal Affordable Housing Trust and Local Access Channel Advisory Committee; and three-year and five-year appointments to commissions including Conservation, Historical, Open Space and the Economic Development and Industrial Commission. The chair and board confirmed that all nominees had signed the Board and Committee code-of-conduct policy.

Votes were taken by roll call and recorded as unanimous (aye) by the board members present. The board corrected a term-end date for a five-year appointment (term ending June 30, 2031) and confirmed earlier procedural clarifications about nomination language in the minutes.

Next steps: Appointment letters to be sent by staff and appointees to be sworn in before the next meeting cycle as needed.
