At the June 9 meeting the Hudson Planning Board approved routine business including two vendor invoices and the release of several escrow accounts where work was complete and bills were paid.
An applicant for 360 State Street presented a brief status update, saying most engineer comments were minor and would be addressed on the site plans but noting outstanding water and sewer questions and the need for a county "will serve" letter. The applicant requested that the board set a public hearing. The board voted to schedule the public hearing for July 14 at 6 p.m. in council chambers and indicated outstanding utility approvals could be handled as conditions of approval.
Additional routine actions included approval of the May 12 and May 28 minutes as previously distributed and liaison reports (Nathan reported no substantive updates). No substantive debate occurred on the 360 State Street scheduling beyond confirming the timing and the conditional need for utility confirmation.
The meeting then moved to new business (a separate council referral on dock regulations) and ultimately scheduled a special workshop to hear that referral in detail.
