Commission approves replat to shift lot line in Becca Estates (case 2026-47RP)

The Denison Planning and Zoning Commission on June 9 approved a replat of Lot 1R and 2R of Becca Estates, a replat of lots in Mariner K Estates phase two (case number 2026-47RP). Staff said the replat moves the middle/southern lot line to eliminate an encroachment by a septic/sewer lid.

In the staff presentation, the property was described as fronting on Papy’s Road (near Diamond Point) and located in the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ). Staff noted both lots have access to water via Southwest Water or Monarch Utilities and that the properties rely on septic systems for sewer service.
