Middletown board approves calendar amendment, routine memoranda and honors 28 retirees

The Middletown City School District Board of Education approved a slate of routine personnel and financial items, amended the district’s 2026–27 instructional calendar and recognized 28 retirees during its June 4 regular meeting.

Trustees voted to approve the regular meeting minutes of May 20 and the special meeting minutes of May 28; they also approved instructional personnel memorandum 22B (items 1–20), non‑instructional personnel memorandum 22C (items 1–7), financial memorandum 23D (items 1–6) and special services memorandum 21E (items 1–2). The board paused to honor 28 district retirees for the 2025–26 year.
