The Dunwoody Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously April 9 to defer consideration of a two-variance request for 4661 Buckline Circle to the May 7 meeting.
Staff said the application (ZBA-26-07) requested a variance from chapter 27 §2-69 to allow a retaining wall to encroach into the rear setback and a variance from chapter 27 §2-67 to allow a 6-foot fence in a street/outside corner lot and to permit a combined fence and retaining-wall assembly up to 12 feet tall. Because the case had been readvertised in its entirety for the May 7 meeting, staff asked the board to defer action.
A board member moved to defer ZBA-26-07 to the May 7 ZBA meeting; the motion was seconded and the board voted unanimously to defer.
The deferral carries no approval or denial of the requested variances; the case will return to the board on May 7 for full consideration.
