Windham Economic Development Committee approves minutes, appoints alternates and notes scheduling changes

The Windham Economic Development Committee on May 8 approved its April 10 minutes after a motion from Gary Garfield and a second from Mike Oldenburg; the minutes record the motion as carried 6-0-4. At the start of the meeting the committee appointed Shariq Yousfi to serve for Simon Senior and Mike Oldenburg to serve for Mitch Jacoby.

The committee noted that the scheduled Economic Development update from Alex Mello was not available and therefore no substitute report was presented. Members also discussed scheduling: the June 12 meeting may be moved a week earlier because of planned absences, and a June 1 event referenced in discussion was later rescheduled to June 24 (post-meeting note recorded in the minutes).

At 8:30 a.m. Paul Brozo moved to adjourn, Gary Garfield seconded, and the motion passed unanimously, closing the meeting.
