Planning board approves prior-meeting resolution and a soil‑moving permit; both motions pass unanimously

The Parsippany-Troy Hills Planning Board on June 1 unanimously approved a resolution documenting action taken at its April 20 meeting for application 26502 (Toll NJ1 LLC, 4 Gate Old Drive, block 175 lot 52). The resolution was moved by Mr. Dinsmore and carried on roll-call with voting members recorded as 'yes.'

The board also approved a major soil-moving permit for Ruckers Builders LLC (application 26col503), a matter carried from May 18. Joseph O'Neal presented the application and described the soil-moving scope as 304 cubic yards in total, with about 145 cubic yards to be removed from the site; he estimated roughly 10 truck trips. The board accepted the municipal engineer's report, asked clarifying questions about truck routing and timing (applicant agreed to comply with township code on hours and routes), and then voted to approve the permit. The motion was moved by Dinsmore and seconded; roll-call votes were recorded as 'yes.'

Both approvals were straightforward, and the board indicated it would notify applicants of the outcomes.
