The administrator said the district made temporary operational adjustments and credited facilities staff for quick response to two minor burst pipes.
A motion to approve the transfer was moved, seconded and passed by voice vote recorded as 5–0. The transfer uses existing operating funds to reconcile heating‑season overages; the administration said it will report budget reconciliation details in follow‑up materials to the committee.
