Commission approves minutes and adjourns; no substantive votes on red lines

At the June 3 meeting the Charter Revision Commission handled routine procedural votes but took no formal votes on substantive red‑line charter language.

The commission accepted the minutes from its previous meeting after Vice Chair Sefranick moved to approve and Commissioner Hernandez seconded. The chair called for the voice vote and the motion carried with all present saying "aye."

At the close of the meeting, a motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by voice vote; Chair declared the meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.

No formal votes were recorded on the red‑line charter edits discussed at length in the session; the commission directed staff and council counsel to prepare draft language and comparative data for future consideration.
