At its recent meeting, the Redbank Borough Council unanimously approved multiple bond ordinances and a consent agenda that together fund capital projects across roadways, parks and utilities.
What passed: The council adopted Ordinance 2026-13 (a bond ordinance for roadway improvements), Ordinance 2026-14 (bond ordinance for municipal parks improvements), Ordinance 2026-15 (lead service line replacement program — separately reported in detail) and Ordinance 2026-16 (water and sewer utility acquisitions and improvements). Each ordinance was opened for public hearing and then approved on final reading with roll-call votes recorded as affirmative for all present members.
Consent agenda: Council approved Resolutions 26-106 through 26-116 on a single consent motion and roll call; no items were pulled for separate discussion.
Council process and next steps: Public hearings were held for final-reading items where applicable; several introduced ordinances (2026-18 and 2026-9) were set for future public hearings on June 11, 2026.
