Sheriff's office reports April calls, arrests and drug seizures to the court

Key figures presented for April: 514 reportable calls (1,957 year-to-date reportable), 1,450 total calls in the month (5,694 year-to-date), 53 arrest reports for the month, 93 traffic citations, and 110 criminal-investigation cases (77 new, 15 closed). In criminal interdiction, the office reported seven felony arrests, 11 misdemeanor arrests, and seizures including 274.46 grams of methamphetamine and 1.32 ounces of marijuana. Jail statistics listed current housing of 3,483 inmates for the month and a daily average of 116.
