Bryan A. Russell was authorized to execute sewer and water utility state permit applications (Res. 2026-20) and was appointed to several administrative representative roles, including Garden State Municipal Joint Insurance Fund Representative and Public Agency Compliance Officer (Res. 2026-22; Res. 2026-23).
Councilwoman Margaret Montone moved to adopt the consent agenda; Councilman Pedro Mirabal seconded. A roll-call vote listed Councilman Pedro Mirabal, Councilwoman Margaret Montone, Councilman Swindle, Deputy Mayor Arthur Hirsch and Mayor Gregory Cannon; the motion carried. Councilwoman Kelley was recorded as absent.
