The board approved the consent agenda (with stated corrections to the April 23 meeting minutes), accepted the nomination of Janelle Rose Jones as treasurer to the scholarship board, and extended the district's Food Service Management Company (FSMC) contract with Sodexo America LLC for one year (July 1, 2026June 30, 2027). The board also approved Resolution 2626-12 transferring $50,000 from support services to instruction within the High School Success Fund (Fund 252) to remain within authorized spending levels. Finally, the board accepted a written resignation from Director David Jones (Zone 3), declared the seat vacant and authorized opening a 20-day application window (starting the next day) to solicit applicants for appointment; interviews are planned for the June board meeting.
