Adopted items
- Ordinance 2026-11 (vehicle storage): Adopted after a motion, second and roll-call unanimous affirmative votes. (Introduced as an amendment to city codified ordinances on vehicle storage.)
- Ordinance 2026-13 (zoning reclassification): Adopted to change two parcel classifications from R1 single-family residential to GB general business district; council members said no public opposition was heard and voted yes.
- Ordinance 2026-17 (backflow protection): Council suspended the rules, moved the ordinance to a final reading and adopted it as an emergency measure (see separate article for technical explanation).
Items moved forward without final adoption
- Resolution 2026-63: Received its first reading; described as supporting abolition of the Clinton Township Water and Sewer District and related governance matters. A committee meeting request was noted.
