The Green Bay Housing Authority voted May 21 to adopt its annual civil-rights certification and to approve the operating budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026.
The board approved Resolution 2026-01, confirming the authority will follow HUD civil-rights guidance as part of its annual compliance obligations. The motion carried on a voice vote with no opposition recorded.
The authority also approved Budget Resolution 2026-02. Presenters said the operating budget is modest in scale and noted the central office cost center (COCCC) covers administrative positions and that a meaningful portion of current revenue is management fees charged to GBHA Properties LLC for property management services. Board members characterized the budget as "very small" during discussion and moved to approve; the motion carried by voice vote.
Neither vote produced a roll-call tally in the meeting record; minutes reflect the motions were moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
The approvals clear the way for the authority to proceed with its planned operations for the coming fiscal year without changes to the current officer slate. The board took no separate action on amendments or contingencies at the meeting.
