12 Russell Ave (Oldtown): Staff (Jasmine) presented sign‑37490‑2026 for a projected, double‑sided non‑illuminated projecting sign (8.41 sq ft) on a property adjacent to a residential parcel in the Oldtown district. The sign will replace an existing monument sign. Staff found the proposed projecting sign compatible with the Oldtown design guidelines given its traditional style and appearance and recommended approval. The commission approved the modification unanimously.
