Homeowners receive ARB approval to expand sunroom, add third garage bay at White Tale Drive

Property owners Kathy and Bud Isaacson and contractor Dennis Marino of Curless Homes presented ARB case 26-09317 for 317 White Tale Drive on May 19, describing an extension of an existing sunroom, addition of a rear window and a third garage bay. Kathy Isaacson said the intent is to enlarge the sunroom "so we can eat in there" and described the addition as nearly doubling the existing sunroom footprint; during discussion participants referenced "26 ft" and "15" as dimensions in the design.
